I know that some of you have had issues with making your reservations at Hotel Jacarandas. That is due primarily to two recent changes to their website. First, their English website that had been up and running just went back under construction a week and a half ago. Second, they also recently implemented a new reservation form, which, among other things, does not include a space for you to let them know that you're with our group. As a result, they have no way of knowing that they need to apply the group rate to what they're charging you.
After talking with them, we've come up with a solution. Instead of trying to make reservations via their website, just email Marcela Leon directly at reservaciones@jacarandas.com.mx, including:
1) Your dates of arrival and departure.
2) The full name of the person making the reservation, total number of persons in your group, total number of rooms you'll be needing and type of room (either Terrace A or B).
3) An email for her to contact you by (the email you use to contact her is just fine).
4) Lastly, be sure to mention that you're part of Pao and Tim's wedding group.
That's it! Marcela will be in contact with you shortly via email to confirm your reservation and ask for a form of payment.
