Lodging in Cuernavaca

I am excited to announce that lodging for everyone in Cuernavaca will be at the gorgeous Hotel Jacarandas (pronounced Ha-ka-rahn-das)! Trust me, pictures just don't do this place justice. It's a paradise. It's also where the religious ceremony will be on Saturday afternoon at 1pm before we all head together to the reception. Just below is the hotel's website. No need to pay any attention to the room rates on the site, we have our own special group rate. Basically, there are two great room options for you all to choose from, depending on how many people you have coming with you:

Terrace B rooms fit 1-4 adults comfortably. Each one is equipped with two queen-size beds, a spacious bathroom, cable t.v. and free wireless internet.
With our special rate, each costs $1,550 mexican pesos (about $124 USD) a night, with the third night free and breakfast every morning included. So, if you are staying for three or more nights (most of you will be staying for four), you get the third night free! Oh yea!

Terrace A rooms are a bit bigger. They fit 4-6 adults comfortably. Each one is equipped with two queen-size beds, two twins, an enormous bathroom w/ two of everything (shower, toilet, sink, etc.) cable t.v. and free wireless internet. Also, they all look directly out onto one of the three pools that Jacarandas has.
Again, with the special rate, each costs $1,750 (around $140 USD) a night, with breakfast every morning included and the same third-night-free discount applying.

To check out pictures of the different room options, on the left-hand side of the hotel's main page, click on "visit our facilities". Next, to place your reservation, go back to the main menu, click on "reservations" and fill out the form. VERY IMPORTANT: In order for them to know that you're with our group and give you the discount, before sending the form, be sure to mention that you're with Pao and Tim's Wedding group at the bottom of the page in the comments section. They will get back to you by email in English and ask for a form of payment. In order to confirm your reservation, a pre-payment of at least 50 percent must be made before you arrive.

This can be done (1) by email (reservaciones@jacarandas.com.mx) or (2) by telephone (their number is below), providing your credit card (Visa, American Express or MasterCard) information or (3) by making a deposit in the following bank account to proceed with the reservation.
